Quiche

2 frozen tenderflake deep dish pie crusts 

8 large eggs 

1 1/2 cups milk or cream 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

1 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped or cooked bacon bits or both 

2 cups shredded cheese 

3 tablespoons green onions or 1 tsp instant onion 

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 375°F. 

Set the pie crusts on a cookie sheet to thaw while preparing the quiche.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, milk, onions, salt and pepper. Sprinkle ham/bacon into the pie crusts and pour the egg mixture over top. Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top of egg mixture. 

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the centre is completely set. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. 

Options: Instead of ham you can use 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli or cooked drained spinach
