Meatballs and Rice


1 kg. of ground beef
2/3 cup of instant rice
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper
Mix together, form into balls and drop into the following gravy just as its coming to a boil
2 cans of consomme soup & 1 can of water
or 1 carton of beef broth
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Cover and simmer for 15 mins and then thicken the gravy with approximately 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup water mixed well and poured a little at a time into gravy while stirring until desired thickness cuz I'm guessing at the flour and water part.
Make some rice and serve meatballs and gravy over the rice.
