Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed cherries (I use thawed frozen ones)
1 tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp. garlic powder
⅛ tsp. sea salt
⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
½ small sweet onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavours to meld. Serve.
