Ingredients:
1 cup corn starch
1 cup of icing sugar
2 cups of sifted flour
1 1/2 cups of salted butter
24 unwrapped Hersey Kisses (or 4 caramilk chocolate bars broken into individual pieces)
Directions
Add ingredients (except for Hersey Kisses or caramilk chocolate pieces) in order and blend until mixed.
Take a piece of shortbread and form into a ball around a kiss or caramilk piece so its covered and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in over at 300 for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool. Store in sealed container for up to two weeks.
