Corn Chowder


 

 
Fry 1 chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter or margarine.
Stir in 1 tbsp flour.
Add 2 cups of boiling water and 1 tsp salt and 2 1/2 cups of peeled and sliced potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are tender then add 2 cup hot milk and 1 cup of corn.
Heat.
Season to taste.
