Best ever Caesar Salad Dressing





Put the following in a blender (you must use a blender not a food processor):
Garlic cloves (2 or 3 big ones, or as desired)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup vinegar (plus a tbsp more if you want it tangier)
Turn on the blender on high for about 10 seconds.


While the blender is turned on medium, slowly add 2 cups vegetable oil
NOTE: Don't use the same measuring cup for the oil that you used for the vinegar or for some reason the dressing curdles and separates.
Then add: 
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice.
Blend until mixed.
Store in the fridge in an airtight jar.
