Protein Balls

 


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats ground up in a food processor 

1 cup peanut butter, or almond butter

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons ground flaxseed & chia seeds (or protein powder)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (if using unsalted nut butter), optional

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls and lay on a cookie sheet. Put in the fridge or freezer until hardened. Store in an air tight container.
