True Butter Tarts
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
24-(2”) Tart shells (Place tart shells on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden)
Reduce heat to 350 degrees Place oven rack 1/3 from top of oven
1 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Golden Corn Syrup
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Vanilla
Whisk all the above ingredients together until smooth and fill each tart shell 2/3 full and place tarts in oven and bake for 15 minutes *tarts should be bubbling
Let cool on wire rack or serve warm and enjoy!
