Chicken/Beef/Pork Fried Rice


1 lb cooked chicken or beef or pork cut into bite size pieces
3 large eggs beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
1 red or yellow pepper chopped
3 to 4 cups cold cooked rice
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp plum sauce 
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup frozen peas (or other frozen vegetables)

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt 2 tbsp butter or oil in a large frying pan. In a bowl, take two to three eggs, add salt and pepper, and mix together. Scramble the eggs and cook in the frying pan.

Add in the chopped onions and peppers and fry for a few minutes.

Add the leftover chicken/beef/pork in the pan, and fry the meat for a few minutes.

Add in the cold rice and mix. Next add frozen peas, saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, plum sauce, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and sesame seeds.

Saute together for 2 to 3 minutes
